    Senator Cole moved to amend the bill on page three, section eleven, line twenty-four, after the word “bulletin” by inserting a comma and the words “and further prohibiting the use of the name, image, or likeness of any holder of, or candidate for, elected office in such advertising, or any advertising or promotional materials concerning the program”.
